Reflection: As a teacher's assistant for motor development I have helped the professional growth of my peers by demonstrating them and also mentoring them through the motor development class. Each lab whether it was practicing for or actually teaching at St. Mary's Elementary School located in the Cortland, NY, I helped to better each of the students lessons and activities. I watched the motor development students meet and prevail through each challenge while leading their activities with the students and St. Mary's Elementary School.
