Reflection: My partner and I picked lifetime activities because it can be a key factor in implementing physical activity through a person's lifetime. In life a person or athlete can play such sports like football or hockey for so long before an injury or age prohibits them to continue in these contact sports. To often in physical education classes, we find physical education teachers teaching these games throughout the year leaving students to think these are the only sports one can be active in. A new generation of physical education teachers need to bring into the student's view more activities like dancing, golf, or tennis so students can understand their is a life with physical activity after the traditional team sports.
