Reflection: During one of the assessments for St. Mary's students. we as a group had to fill out a sheet that had one of the skills we were assessing which was the horizontal jump. We were able to see what parts of the skill the children were missing and helped them better their complete technique. By assessing the key attributes to the horizontal jump of the children, now we could see what is missing from their jump and better their knowledge of the skill and ability to perform it.
